Refund policy
Readme:
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or we can’t fix a problem that makes the system unusable, we’ll give you a full refund within 7 days of when you bought it. We believe in our product and back it , but we get that it might not work for everyone all the time.
Refunds
After we get and check your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your item. We’ll also tell you if we’ve approved or denied your refund.
If we approve your request, we’ll process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t gotten your refund yet first check your bank account again.
Then get in touch with your credit card company. It might take a while for your refund to show up .
Next, call your bank. Refunds often need some time to appear.

Sale items
We refund items at full price. We can’t refund sale items.
Exchanges
We replace items if they have defects or damage. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at {Support@Shacktv.tv} Gifts
If you bought an item as a gift and we shipped it straight to the recipient, you’ll get a gift credit equal to the return’s value. After we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If you didn’t mark the item as a gift when you bought it, or if you had us ship the gift to you to give later, we’ll refund the gift giver. They’ll learn about your return.
Shipping returns
To send back your product, mail it to: {Support@Shacktv.tv}.
You’ll need to cover the shipping costs to return your item. We don’t refund these costs. If we give you a refund, we’ll subtract the return shipping cost from it.
The time it takes to get your exchanged product may differ based on where you live.
For pricier items, think about using a shipping service you can track or buying shipping insurance. We can’t promise we’ll get your returned item.
